I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Uniquifit offers a wide array of fitness programing including small group fitness classes and customized individual training.
I coach clients and create a positive environment where obtainable goals are established and a lifestyle change is executed to improve your quality of life, whether it is to regain the ability to do everyday tasks that may have once become difficult or to become a healthier version of yourself. I do this with patience and guide each client every step of the way for life long results. My goal is to help you change your bad habits into a healthy lifestyle change that will carry through out your life.
We all have demanding schedules and busy lives and have not yet learned how to make time for ourselves, together we will establish new habits and execute them for your success.

Virtual Classes Available
=Live Stream
Combination Strength/Cardio/Core Small Group Fitness classes that will challenge the total body. These classes are for all age groups and fitness levels. 30 minutes of workout and 15 minutes of warm up and cool down stretch. I keep class attendance at 4-6 per class so I can assist each client and assure proper form and execution of each exercise. Class times are subject to change.
Build Strength, Endurance, Balance, strengthen your core while improving Flexibility, Mobility, Stability and Physical fitness. Regain you confidence
Consultation is complimentary 45 minute session between the trainer and the client to get to know each other and to find out what the clients goals are. A health history form will be completed at this time to properly evaluate the client
One on One personal training with a Personal Trainer. Each workout will be programmed specifically to your personal goals. Schedule subject to change

Cancellation Policy: Must give 24 hour notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel could result in a charge in the amount of the booked time slot.
